Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
- Understanding of basic process safety and hazard recognition principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred:
- Internship or co-op experience in process safety or related engineering field
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards such as OSHA, EPA, and NFPA
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Basic proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS)
- Familiarity with risk assessment tools and methodologies
- Understanding of process control systems and instrumentation
