Role Overview
We are seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead our engineering initiatives that optimize and enhance our manufacturing processes at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of leading process improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Engineering or an MBA
- Experience with automation and process control systems
- Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep understanding of process engineering principles and best practices
- Proficient with data analysis tools, such as Minitab, JMP, or similar
- Experience with CAD software for process design (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Knowledge of manufacturing execution systems (MES) and ERP software
