Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in probation, corrections, or related social services, including supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of probation laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective programs and initiatives
Preferred:
- Experience working with diverse populations and community-based organizations
- Certification in probation or correctional supervision
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
