Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warden to oversee the daily operations of our facility. This role is critical in ensuring the safety, security, and rehabilitation of individuals within our care, while fostering a positive environment for both staff and residents.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all aspects of facility operations, ensuring compliance with established policies and regulations
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and security measures to maintain a secure environment

- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify and address potential security risks
- Develop and oversee rehabilitation programs that cater to the diverse needs of residents
- Collaborate with law enforcement and community organizations to enhance facility operations and support services
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports on facility activities, incidents, and compliance
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in correctional facility management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, regulations, and best practices
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle crisis situations with composure and professionalism
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Criminal Justice, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience in program development and implementation within correctional settings
- Certification in conflict resolution or crisis management
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in security management systems and incident reporting software
- Familiarity with rehabilitation program development tools and methodologies
- Understanding of data analysis for reporting and decision-making processes
