Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Percussion Instructor to join our team, specializing in percussion education and performance. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Performance, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching percussion instruments at various skill levels.
- Strong knowledge of percussion techniques, music theory, and ensemble playing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective student engagement.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Music Education or Performance.
- Experience with online teaching platforms and digital music tools.
- Background in diverse musical genres and styles.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in a wide range of percussion instruments, including drums, mallets, and auxiliary percussion.
- Familiarity with music notation software and digital audio workstations (DAWs).
- Ability to utilize video conferencing tools for virtual instruction.
