Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Lead Trombonist to join our prestigious orchestra, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our musical direction and excellence. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- A degree in Music Performance or a related field
- 5+ years of experience performing as a trombonist with a professional orchestra or ensemble
- Demonstrated leadership in musical settings, with the ability to inspire and guide fellow musicians
- Strong sight-reading skills and the ability to adapt to various musical styles
Preferred:
- Experience with conducting or leading ensembles
- A proven record of successful collaboration in diverse musical environments
- Familiarity with contemporary and classical repertoire for trombone
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in trombone performance techniques and sound production
- Knowledge of orchestration and arrangement principles
