Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Peoplesoft Manager to lead our ERP implementation and optimization efforts. This role is vital in ensuring the effective management and strategic alignment of the Peoplesoft systems with our organizational goals. You will leverage your expertise to enhance system functionality, streamline operations, and drive efficiencies across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Peoplesoft applications to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Oversee the development and execution of project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
- Manage a team of Peoplesoft developers and analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose innovative solutions
- Implement best practices and standards for system configuration and customization
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate necessary upgrades and enhancements
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure user proficiency and system adoption
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience managing Peoplesoft applications in a corporate environment
- Proven track record of successful Peoplesoft implementations and upgrades
- Strong understanding of Peoplesoft modules, including HR, Finance, and Supply Chain Management
- Experience in project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role, managing cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and integration strategies
- Relevant certifications in Peoplesoft or project management
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- In-depth knowledge of Peoplesoft architecture, database management, and security protocols
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data migration and reporting tools
- Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., PeopleTools, Integration Broker)
- Understanding of ITIL and best practices in IT service management
