Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Peoplesoft Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience to design, implement, and enhance Peoplesoft solutions that align with our strategic objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of our Peoplesoft applications.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design complex Peoplesoft solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Lead the implementation of Peoplesoft modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and propose solutions to enhance performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, design decisions, and implementation processes.
- Provide technical leadership and support to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and guidelines.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in Peoplesoft architecture and development.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing Peoplesoft solutions across various modules (e.g., HCM, Financials).
- Strong understanding of database design and management, particularly with Oracle databases.
- Experience with Peoplesoft integration tools and methodologies, including Application Messaging and Integration Broker.
Preferred:
- Experience with cloud-based deployments and integrations.
- Familiarity with Peoplesoft Fluid User Interface and latest upgrade features.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a technology team.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep expertise in Peoplesoft development tools (e.g., PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer).
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for custom reporting and data manipulation.
- Experience with web services and APIs for system integration.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
