Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Peoplesoft Solution Architect to join our innovative team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable Peoplesoft solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements
- Lead the implementation of Peoplesoft modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and performance optimization
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Conduct thorough system analysis and performance tuning of Peoplesoft applications to enhance user experience
- Mentor and guide development teams in Peoplesoft best practices, coding standards, and testing methodologies
- Stay updated on the latest Peoplesoft features and industry trends, recommending enhancements as necessary
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in Peoplesoft applications with a focus on architecture and solution design
- Strong expertise in Peoplesoft Financials, HCM, or Campus Solutions modules
- Proven track record of leading complex Peoplesoft implementation projects
- Deep understanding of Peoplesoft integration tools and technologies (e.g., Integration Broker, Component Interfaces)
Preferred:
- Experience with Peoplesoft Cloud Manager and related cloud services
- Familiarity with SQL and PeopleCode for custom development
- Industry certifications related to Peoplesoft or enterprise architecture
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Peoplesoft application development and configuration
- Experience with web services and APIs for system integration
- Understanding of database management systems, particularly Oracle and SQL Server
- Ability to leverage reporting tools such as PS Query and BI Publisher
