Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a multi-state environment
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance
- Proficient in payroll software and systems, with a solid understanding of HRIS integrations
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred:
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation
- Experience with ADP, Paychex, or similar payroll systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in payroll processing systems and HRIS
- Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting
