Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Manager to join our finance team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in payroll management or a similar role.
- Thorough understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
Preferred:
- Experience with HRIS systems and integration with payroll processes.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification.
- Previous experience in a management role, leading payroll teams.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep knowledge of payroll processing software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or similar platforms).
