Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in payroll management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

- Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
Preferred:
- Experience in a publicly traded company or large multinational organization
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Professional certifications such as CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or similar
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep expertise in payroll software solutions (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Workday)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools
- Experience with HRIS systems and integration capabilities
