Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Supervisor of Parcel Post Distribution to lead our remote distribution operations. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end process of parcel distribution, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards. You will play a pivotal role in building a strong remote team culture that prioritizes operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of parcel post distribution, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize distribution processes and enhance productivity.
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Lead and mentor a remote team of distribution associates, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards throughout the distribution process.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication across the organization.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in parcel distribution or logistics management, with a strong track record of operational leadership.
- Proven ability to manage remote teams effectively and foster a positive team culture.

Preferred:
