Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Research Director to lead our Paleontology division. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Ph.D. in Paleontology, Earth Sciences, or a closely related field with a strong publication record.
- 10+ years of experience in paleontological research, including leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing research projects and teams.
- Experience in grant writing and securing research funding.
Preferred:
- Expertise in specific areas of paleontology such as vertebrate paleontology, paleoecology, or biostratigraphy.
- Strong network within the academic and scientific community.
- Experience with interdisciplinary research collaborations.
