Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- 5+ years of clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of orthopedic conditions, treatment modalities, and rehabilitation protocols.
- Proven track record of successful program development and team management.
Preferred:
- Board certification in Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS).
- Experience in a multi-disciplinary healthcare setting.
- Advanced training in manual therapy techniques or sports rehabilitation.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
