Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Director of Physical Therapy to lead our innovative team in providing exemplary patient care through advanced therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate physical therapy into comprehensive patient care plans.

Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- A minimum of 7 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Demonstrated expertise in program development and implementation within a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based practice and clinical guidelines in physical therapy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Board certification in a relevant specialty area (e.g., Orthopedic, Neurological, Geriatric).
- Experience with telehealth and virtual care delivery models.
- Proven track record of successful budget management and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and data analytics tools.
