Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Physical Therapy Technician to join our innovative healthcare team. In this fully remote role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our licensed physical therapists by overseeing patient care, coordinating therapy sessions, and ensuring the highest standards of treatment. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the physical therapy department, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapy Technician in a clinical setting.
- Strong understanding of physical therapy modalities, treatments, and protocols.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Current certification as a Physical Therapy Technician or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation technology and emerging trends in physical therapy.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with therapeutic equipment and modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and manual therapy techniques.
- Proficiency in data management tools and software, including EHR platforms.
- Understanding of telehealth technologies and virtual patient care practices.
