Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead our nursing operations and elevate the standard of patient care across our organization. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the nursing strategy in alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field, with active RN licensure.
- 10+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of implementing successful clinical initiatives that improve patient care and organizational performance.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Preferred:
- Doctoral degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a CNO role or equivalent executive leadership position.
- Certification in nursing administration (e.g., NEA-BC, CENP) is highly desirable.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare technology solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate clinical data and drive decision-making.
- Experience with quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
