Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead our nursing operations and drive excellence in patient care across our organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for nursing services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within our nursing staff.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for nursing services to enhance patient care quality and operational efficiency.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current RN license and advanced practice certification.
- 10+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Demonstrated expertise in healthcare operations, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
Preferred:
- Doctorate in Nursing or related field.
- Experience in value-based care models and population health management.
- Active involvement in professional nursing organizations and advocacy.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR).
- Strong understanding of data analytics tools for performance measurement and improvement.
- Experience with budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation in a healthcare setting.
