Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field; Doctorate preferred.
- Current nursing license and certification as a Nurse Executive (NEA-BC or NE-BC).
- 10+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing nursing practice standards and clinical protocols.
Preferred:
- Experience in a CNO role or equivalent leadership position within a complex healthcare organization.
- Familiarity with telehealth and innovative care delivery models.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, and quality improvement methodologies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare informatics.
