Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our early childhood education program at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a childcare setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Experience with program accreditation processes.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
