Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Education or Child Development
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment
- First Aid and CPR certification
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using child care management software for enrollment, billing, and communication
- Familiarity with educational tools and resources that enhance learning experiences for children
