Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a child care setting
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Experience with curriculum development and implementation
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with child care management software and tools for tracking child development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication
