- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and staff.
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a child care setting.
- Knowledge of local and state regulations governing child care programs.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
