Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Coordinator to oversee our remote nursery operations. This role is essential in ensuring a nurturing and educational environment for children, facilitating communication with parents, and managing the administrative aspects of the nursery. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities that cater to the developmental needs of children.
- Manage daily nursery operations, including scheduling, staffing, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and communicate effectively with parents regarding their development.
- Lead and mentor nursery staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and education.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to children's attendance, health, and progress.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including local educational authorities, to enhance nursery programs.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working in a nursery or early childhood education setting.
- Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and parents.
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a nursery or educational setting.
- Familiarity with remote educational tools and platforms.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms for remote collaboration.
- Experience with nursery management software and child assessment tools.
- Ability to leverage technology to enhance educational experiences for children.
