Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Netsuite Administrator Lead to manage and optimize our Netsuite platform, ensuring seamless integration of business processes and data accuracy. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of administrators and collaborating with cross-functional departments to enhance system functionality and drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the administration and support of the Netsuite platform, overseeing system configuration, customization, and maintenance
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system enhancements
- Develop and implement best practices for system usage, including user training and support
- Conduct regular audits of data integrity and system performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Manage integration projects with other applications and systems, ensuring data flows smoothly across platforms
- Stay current with Netsuite updates and enhancements, proactively assessing their impact on business operations
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in Netsuite administration or a similar role
- Proven track record of leading system implementations and upgrades
- Strong understanding of Netsuite modules, including Financials, CRM, and Inventory Management
- Experience with system integrations and data migration projects
Preferred:
- Netsuite Administrator certification
- Familiarity with SuiteScript and SuiteFlow for automation purposes
- Experience in a leadership role, mentoring junior administrators
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep expertise in Netsuite ERP, including configuration and customization
- Proficient in SQL and data analysis tools for reporting and insights
- Experience with integration tools such as Dell Boomi, Celigo, or similar
