Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic ERP Manager to oversee the implementation, integration, and management of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure our ERP solutions align with the company's business goals and drive operational efficiencies across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective ERP solutions that enhance productivity.
- Manage system integrations and data migrations, ensuring data integrity and security throughout the process.
- Establish best practices for ERP usage, providing training and support to end-users to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
- Continuously assess and optimize ERP workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, coordinating with IT and software vendors to resolve technical challenges.
- Stay current with ERP trends and technologies, making recommendations for upgrades and enhancements to existing systems.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing ERP systems in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successful ERP implementations and upgrades.
- Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, and human resources.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with popular ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, etc.) is a plus.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep knowledge of ERP software architecture, data structures, and integration techniques.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and reporting tools.
- Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence).
