Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement new features or enhancements within the Salesforce environment
- Conduct regular data audits and maintain data integrity by identifying and resolving data discrepancies
- Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles to support ongoing user training and onboarding
- Participate in testing and deployment of new Salesforce features and updates, ensuring smooth adoption across the organization
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or related roles
- Basic understanding of Salesforce architecture and standard objects
- Experience with data management, reports, and dashboards in Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred:
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) or in progress
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and integration with other systems
- Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and data governance
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM, including user interface and administrative features
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce development tools such as Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flow
- Understanding of data migration tools and techniques, including Data Loader and Data Import Wizard
