Role Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce Platform Manager to lead our Salesforce initiatives at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce platforms, with a focus on configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver Salesforce solutions.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Platform App Builder.
Preferred:
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using third-party applications and APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or technology.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with data migration tools and ETL processes (e.g., Data Loader, MuleSoft).
- Proficiency in implementing reporting and dashboard solutions to support business intelligence.
