Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Missile Pad Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the operational readiness and safety of missile launch pads. In this pivotal role, you will oversee maintenance activities, implement rigorous safety protocols, and enhance operational efficiency while working closely with engineering and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of missile launch pads, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues, scheduling necessary maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and best practices, driving continuous improvement in operational processes.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
