Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Flight Test Mechanic to join our dynamic engineering team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Associate's degree in aviation maintenance, aerospace engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of aircraft systems and components.
- Familiarity with aviation safety regulations and maintenance practices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety in all aspects of work.
Preferred:
- Experience in a hands-on mechanical role, preferably in aviation or aerospace.
- Exposure to flight test operations or environments.
- Relevant certifications such as A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) license or equivalent.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Basic proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment for aircraft maintenance.
- Understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems in aircraft.
