Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Lead Medical Support Assistant to join our innovative team. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and support services, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
- Analyze operational metrics and patient feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies.
- Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare professionals, and administrative staff to address concerns and enhance patient satisfaction.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a medical administrative role, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, patient management systems, and relevant regulations.
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively and drive process improvements.
Preferred:
- Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and patient management software.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and coding practices.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in EHR systems, medical scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret operational data and implement improvements.
