Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our medical office operations, ensuring that our administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to streamline operations and improve service delivery
- Assist in training new administrative staff and provide ongoing support and mentorship
- Oversee inventory management, including medical supplies and office materials, to ensure adequacy
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in a medical administrative role or related field
- Proficient in medical office software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Certification in medical office administration or a related field
- Experience with patient billing and insurance claims processing
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual appointment management
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar
- Ability to utilize practice management software for scheduling and billing purposes
