Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Manager to oversee our facility's maintenance operations. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the optimal functioning of machinery and equipment, implementing preventive maintenance strategies while leading a dedicated team to uphold the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted operations and minimize downtime.

- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.

- Analyze maintenance data to develop insights and drive improvements in processes and procedures.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven leadership capabilities and experience managing a team of technicians.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Certifications in maintenance management or reliability engineering.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep knowledge of maintenance best practices and methodologies.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
- Understanding of safety protocols and regulations within an industrial setting.
