Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- 5+ years of experience in forestry operations management or a related area
- Strong understanding of forestry laws, regulations, and sustainable practices
- Proven track record in managing complex projects and leading teams
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Forestry or related discipline
- Experience with GIS technology and forest management software
- Familiarity with certification standards such as FSC or SFI

- Strong analytical skills to assess forest health and operational performance
