Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience operating logging tractors or similar heavy machinery
- Strong understanding of logging operations and forestry practices
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing a team in field operations
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and any necessary certifications for equipment operation
Preferred:
- Experience with GPS technology and logging management software
- Knowledge of sustainable logging practices and environmental regulations
- First Aid and CPR certifications
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in operating various logging machinery, including skidders and forwarders
- Familiarity with forestry management software and tracking systems
- Proficient in using GPS and mapping tools for route planning
