Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience operating logging shovels or similar heavy machinery in a forestry environment.
- Proven leadership experience in a logging or heavy equipment operation setting.

- Ability to work in various weather conditions and rugged terrain.
Preferred:
- Certification in heavy equipment operation or relevant safety training.
