Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our innovative healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading occupational therapy initiatives, enhancing patient care through advanced therapeutic practices, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of occupational therapy assistants, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high-quality patient care.

- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards of practice, maintaining documentation and reporting as required.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the relevant state.
- 5+ years of experience in occupational therapy, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing treatment plans and conducting patient assessments.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and best practices in occupational therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a remote healthcare setting or telehealth services.
- Certification in specialized therapeutic techniques or modalities.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.
