Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and state licensure.

- Strong understanding of occupational therapy principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Preferred:
- Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting, preferably with a focus on pediatric or geriatric care.
