Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Create engaging training materials and resources, utilizing various instructional design methodologies
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessment metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Support the development of a mentorship program to encourage knowledge sharing and professional growth across the organization
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives that promote a culture of learning and development
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a learning and development or training coordination role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for presenting ideas effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems
Preferred:
- Experience in instructional design or curriculum development
- Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms
- Certification in training or development (e.g., ATD, SHRM, or similar)
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) for content delivery and tracking
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
- Understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles
