Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record in a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience in leveraging technology to enhance learning delivery, including e-learning platforms and virtual training.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Certification in Learning and Development or related professional credentials.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools to inform learning strategies and measure program effectiveness.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
