Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Learning and Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of training materials and resources to support employee development initiatives
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communications
- Conduct training sessions and workshops under the guidance of senior team members
- Gather feedback from participants to improve training effectiveness and engagement
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress
- Support the evaluation of training programs and suggest enhancements based on assessment results
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in a learning and development or training role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Certification in training or development (e.g., CPLP, ATD) is a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating training materials
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools to assess training effectiveness
