- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging data to inform learning initiatives and measure impact.
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, particularly within the tech or education sectors.
- Advanced degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Certification in instructional design or adult learning principles.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning development tools such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Experience with data analytics tools to track learning engagement and effectiveness.
- Familiarity with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) and their role in personalized learning journeys.
