Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and strategic Employee Development Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.

- Maintain relationships with external training vendors and consultants to provide additional resources and expertise as needed.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive employee development database to track participation, progress, and outcomes.
- Promote and communicate development opportunities across the organization to encourage employee participation and engagement.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in employee training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
Preferred:
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD, or similar).
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS tools.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools to assess training impact and employee performance metrics.
- Experience using LMS platforms for training delivery and tracking.
