- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Certification in coaching, training, or organizational development (e.g., SHRM, ATD)
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
- Experience with data analytics to assess training effectiveness and employee engagement
- Knowledge of emerging trends in employee development, including digital learning and coaching technologies
Soft Skills and Cultural Fit
- Strong communicator with excellent presentation and facilitation skills
