Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Labor Relations to lead our strategic initiatives in workforce engagement, collective bargaining, and conflict resolution. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive labor relations strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance employee engagement.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in labor relations, human resources, or a related field, with a proven track record in a leadership capacity.
- Extensive knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, including experience with collective bargaining.
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights.
Preferred:
- Experience in a high-growth or complex organizational environment, particularly in industries with strong union representation.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in leading organizational change initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in labor relations management software and tools.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics platforms to track and analyze workforce metrics.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory reporting requirements related to labor relations.
