Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in labor relations or human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proven track record of successful negotiations with labor unions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport
Preferred:
- Experience in a multi-union environment
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certification in labor relations or human resources (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
