Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Director of Facilities Management to lead our facilities operations and maintenance initiatives at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in facilities management or related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of facilities management best practices, including maintenance, safety, and compliance
- Proven track record of managing large-scale facility projects from initiation to completion
- Exceptional budget management skills and experience in financial analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Preferred:
- Experience in leading facilities management within a corporate or multi-site environment
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy-efficient operations
- Professional certifications such as IFMA or BOMA
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in facilities management software and tools for maintenance tracking and reporting
- Understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
