Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee and enhance the operational integrity of our facilities at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance management or a similar role, preferably within a large-scale operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural maintenance.
- Proven ability to develop and manage budgets, along with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing talent and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in facilities management (e.g., IFMA, BOMA) or related disciplines.
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to track maintenance activities and performance metrics.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
- Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
- Experience with energy management systems to enhance operational efficiency.
