Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in ironworking, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of structural steel and rebar installation techniques.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and engineering drawings.
Preferred:
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in the use of ironworking tools and equipment.
