Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in instrumentation engineering with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership in a high-tech environment
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation design principles, control systems, and regulatory standards
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex engineering problems
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- Experience with advanced instrumentation technologies such as IoT sensors and automation systems
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Experience in a highly regulated industry such as oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in instrumentation design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, LabVIEW)
- Strong understanding of control systems, data acquisition, and signal processing
- Experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and HMI development
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISA, IEC, and ANSI
