Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Instrument Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspections and audits of instrumentation systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures for instrumentation equipment.

- Manage project budgets and timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for complex instrumentation issues.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in instrumentation supervision within industrial settings.
- Strong understanding of instrumentation and control systems, including PLCs, transmitters, and control valves.
- Proven track record of managing teams and leading projects to successful completion.
- Experience with safety management systems and risk assessment processes.
Preferred:
- Relevant certifications in instrumentation or engineering disciplines.
- Experience in the oil and gas, manufacturing, or chemical industries.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices, such as ISA and IEC standards.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- In-depth knowledge of instrumentation design, installation, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in using instrumentation software and diagnostic tools.
