Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Instrumentation Technician to join our dynamic team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. - Support senior technicians in the development and modification of instrumentation specifications
- Participate in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for instrumentation tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of instrumentation with overall system operations
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Associate degree in Instrumentation Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Basic understanding of instrumentation systems and control processes
- Familiarity with calibration techniques and tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
Preferred:
- Internship or hands-on experience in industrial instrumentation settings
- Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, and other control technologies
- Basic understanding of safety and compliance regulations in an industrial environment
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency with measurement and calibration tools
- Familiarity with data acquisition systems and instrumentation software
- Basic knowledge of electrical theory and components
