We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation Supervisor to oversee and lead our instrumentation team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in instrumentation supervision or a related role within industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems, protocols, and standards (e.g., ISA, IEC)
- Proven track record in troubleshooting and maintaining complex instrumentation systems
Preferred:
- Professional certifications in instrumentation or relevant fields (e.g., Certified Control Systems Technician, Certified Automation Professional)
- Experience with distributed control systems (DCS), programmable logic controllers (PLC), and field instrumentation devices
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in calibration and maintenance of various field instruments, including pressure, temperature, and flow devices
- Familiarity with industry-standard software for instrumentation configuration and monitoring
- Understanding of control loop tuning and process control principles
