Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of labor laws and employee relations
Preferred:
- Internship or coursework in industrial relations or human resources
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis software
